Demanufacture was one of my formative metal albums and it kicks ass start 2 finish in my IMHO; good punk-y industrial thrash album, lyrics abt being a cyborg freedom fighter in a cyberpunk dystopia, at least one post-punk song cover ^w^

their first album is more Godflesh inspired, and later stuff got more pop-ish but Demanufacture hits such a perfect combo of those sounds for me

also!!! you miiiiiight recognize a lotta these songs in instrumental form as a big chunk of the soundtrack to Carmageddon! so this is about as 90s as it gets :PPP

Not long ago some folk/pagan/ambient tunes wormed themselves in my ear, so I've been listening to that a bit:

Between these there is the eclectic smattering of (psy)trance, (psy)ambient, rock, post rock, power metal, hardstyle, pop and whatever else catches my ear (and I do keep a list, it is quite long) - but I've been told my music tastes might be quite eccentric.

Hmm, for us it's been a lot of Monster Hunter music, but we've also been getting back into the Metroid Prime soundtrack (tho as usual we listen to metal/metal-adjacent covers lol)
