Ongoing right now? Without blowing the thread up with nothing but hundreds of webcomics, here's 3:

Big Heart - A gorgeously illustrated warrior cats pastiche about a kind but stupid cat befriending a manticore. I'm also following the artist's main webcomic about angels and demons, but there's a much simpler pleasure in pretty environments and cats making weird ass faces >w<

New Game [R18+] - My current favourite smalltime ongoing webcomic! A pair of adventurers accidentally kill the most OP hero of all time and revive him badly, half the height and without all of his broken gear. With the addition of a goblin thief girl and a series of impromptu quests, they learn what being a hero can actually mean.
It's somewhat crudely drawn and can be adult swim raunchy tops, but it's coming out at a staggering several pages a day and CONSISTENTLY! The centaur arc blows for (cw sexual assault) reasons and it takes a while to come into its characters, but I adore where it's ended up and the way the characters have developed.

City of the Sun - My best drama comic that I follow! A series of killings in the Louisiana bayou have been framing the local undead, causing Hunters from the to pick up the pace. A sewn together zombie with bad memories and a rarer subspecies of vampire hit the road together to figure out what's going on, slowly building and losing trust as they learn more about each other.
